World's most advanced modular wastewater systems

On each installation the Aquzar equipment is engineered on a project by project basis.
Aquzar surpasses all county, state and federal requirements for discharge into a receiving body such as a lake or stream.
The variable is how many persons each unit can service. This depends on factors including the type of installation. For example a Hotel will have different requirements than a housing subdivision or a workcamp. Also state, county and federal permit requirements may vary.

As Avanza moves towards a full service offering to our clients we have brought 'inhouse' a top tier environmental team to offer full permitting services. This greatly reduces the stress and time consuming bureaucratic endevours from a construction minded developer.
This is an overview of the permitting Statement Of Work we offer as part of the sales process:

Avanza Environmental Engineering Team (Team) proposes to provide discharge permitting required for the operation of Aquzar package sewage treatment systems at multiple locations throughout the United States. This statement of work outlines the general objectives, schedule, and deliverables required based on location-specific federal, state, and local regulations. The statement is formatted to provide the work required for permitting a single location / system and can be considered applicable to the various locations discussed.

Deliverable No. 1: NPDES Discharge Permit

The primary deliverable for each project will be a federal (NPDES) or state-specific permit for discharge of Aquzar effluent to a local receiving water body or to groundwater via land application. The permitting process is expected to include the following sub-deliverables:

-
Meetings with Avanza, clients, regulators, and internally to determine applicable permitting processes (e.g., general permit availability, local requirements discussed below) and obtain required data for the permit application process. Meetings will take place as needed during the permitting process.

-
Completion and submission of a federal or state-specific (dependent on applicability) NPDES or similar discharge permit. This includes the application, required attachments and appendices, required figures, and any additional information required for submittal. Team expects that an initial application can be completed within one month of the initial request.

-
One round of revision and comment response if application is not initially accepted without comment. Additional rounds of revision and comment response are available if requested. Team expects that response and resubmittal will be completed within one week of receipt, dependent on the scope of changes.

-
Completion of work will result in an issued permit / approval for discharge of the Aquzar system. Permitting review schedules vary by state, and if a general permit supersedes the requirement for an individual NPDES permit. Review timeline is expected to be from one to six months for a general permit, and from six months to a year for an individual permit.

Deliverable No. 2: Local Discharge Permit (as applicable)
The secondary deliverable for each project will be a local (e.g., city, county, board of health) discharge permit, if required based on project location. The permitting process is expected to include the following sub-deliverables:

-
Meetings as described previously – if multiple permits are required, meetings will address information needed / applicable regulatory requirements overall. Meetings will take place as needed during the permitting process.

-
Completion and submission of the required local discharge / other permit. This includes the application, required attachments and appendices, required figures, and any additional information required for submittal. As much of the information required for the NPDES permit can be reused, Team expects that an initial local application can be completed within an additional week (five total) of the initial request.

-
One round of revision and comment response if application is not initially accepted without comment. Additional rounds of revision and comment response are available if requested. Team expects that response and resubmittal will be completed within one week of receipt, dependent on the scope of changes.

-
Completion of work will results in an issued permit / approval satisfying local requirements for discharge of the Aquzar system. Permitting review schedules can range widely dependent on the reviewing authority, but are not expected to exceed six months.

More information or detail will be supplied as each project is reviewed by our environmental team and OEM
