Proteus 24/7 Water Quality Monitoring Probe

The Proteus from Avanza is a unique, world's first sensor platform for monitoring organic loading in waste water discharge or during treatment processes. Using a combination of X-ray fluorescence and patented algorithms the Proteus provides accurate, real-time, quantification of organic concentration.

 

Proteus is reagent free and maintenance requirements are minimal due to the automatic wiper and low drift, digital and optical sensors.

As a highly recommended option for Avanza Aquzar, the 3.5” Proteus probe is fitted submerged in the discharge and/or input stream with up to 7 different sensors measuring different parameter profiles.

 

Our standard sensor measures BOD, SS, COD, Nh4, E coli, Phosphate (Ph) , Nitrogen (N), acidity and many other parameters. Sensors are fitted in one probe unit or 2 units can be run in parallel to allow for critical redundancy or where a larger number of sensors
are required.

 

24/7 on-line remote monitoring on cell phone or tablet is available, with alerts of discharge approaching limits ensuring compliance and improving treatment efficiencies. Another advantage is remote calibration or recalibration of sensors is also available.

 

Customer branded dashboards with REST APIs, xml, .ftp and .xls reports and emails can be configured by the user via any web browser.
